• Bearing capacity and damping ratio were increased with SBRRs installation. • The frame withstands subsequent earthquakes even if SBRRs are not replaced. • Applying the load to the precast beam ensures excellent symmetry. • Beam with curved tendons can reduce the deflection compared to straight tendons.
