Abstract
En 中文
Reninoma may be undetectable on initial imaging, and repeat diagnostic evaluation is essential when biochemical suspicion persists. Intraoperative ultrasonography can enable precise localization, allowing minimally invasive tumor enucleation instead of partial or radical nephrectomy in appropriately selected patients.
