Recently, the increasingly frequent extreme disasters have impacted the safe operation of power grids, and existing research on resilient power grids under low probability high consequence events often overlooks the influence of communication systems on resilience restoration. Therefore, this paper proposes a resilience restoration strategy for power-communication coupled networks considering the uncertainty of renewable energy output. Firstly, a rolling nonparametric Dirichlet Process Gaussian Mixture Model is used to establish an uncertainty model for renewable energy output, and the model parameters are revised based on the spatiotemporal correlation characteristics of wind farms. Secondly, the communication network topology and routing distribution are constructed based on the structural and functional coupling relationships between the power system and the communication system. Then, a resilience restoration strategy is proposed considering the impact of renewable energy output uncertainty and communication control on the power system. Finally, the proposed strategy is tested and analyzed on an improved IEEE RTS 79 system, verifying its correctness and effectiveness for resilience restoration.
