A Monte Carlo simulation of the process of bombarding titanium-tritium and titanium-deuterium targets with 160keV deuterons was performed using the Geant4 and SRIANG codes. The results of calculating the energy spectra of neutrons emitted from the target at different angles are presented. A comparison of the calculation results is carried out. The advantages and disadvantages of different approaches to modeling the DT and DD neutron source are analyzed.
