Abstract
En 中文
• AI retinal image analysis was applied to 8,467 healthy adults. • Twelve quantitative retinal vascular traits were extracted. • Retinal vascular features were strongly linked to cardiometabolic risk. • Retinal features improved prediction of future cardiovascular events. • Retinal imaging may enable noninvasive cardiovascular risk prediction.
