Reversible C-H sampling for direct functional translocation

Abstract
En 中文
In a recent Nature issue, Xu et al. introduced a novel reversible C-H sampling strategy to control the site selectivity in radical-mediated C-H transformations. Employing non-site-selective hydrogen atom abstraction and donation catalysts synergistically led to a valuable site-selective reaction, allowing direct cyano group relocation to un-activated C-H sites.
