Abstract
En 中文
• P/U@LNP, a liposomal nanomedicine, enables sustained stability, enhanced cellular uptake, lysosomal escape, prolonged circulation, and reduced toxicity. • P/U@LNP inhibits HeLa cell growth by inducing ROS elevation and cell cycle arrest, achieving tumor suppressive effects. • P/U@LNP enhances NK92 cell cytotoxicity by upregulating activating receptors and promoting perforin, granzyme, and cytokine secretion. • P/U@LNP combined with NK92 cells kills HeLa cells through immune suppression relief, providing a rationale for nano‑immunotherapy against cervical cancer.
