Abstract
En 中文
• Loss of RIPK4 leads to upregulation of melatonin receptors MT1 and MT2 • RIPK4.KO cells showing greater sensitivity to melatonin-induced apoptosis • Melatonin pretreatment inhibits melanoma cell proliferation and slows tumor growth in Danio rerio. • The combination of RIPK4 knockout and melatonin pretreatment produces the strongest inhibition of melanoma cell proliferation, showing an additive effect.
