• Proposes RoBoTS, a novel Robust Bounded Twin SVM using the robust RoBoSS loss function. • Introduces i-RoBoTS, an inverse-free variant for scalable and fast optimization. • Derives generalization bounds using Rademacher complexity for RoBoTS. • Outperforms baselines on various KEEL and UCI benchmark datasets. • Demonstrates superior performance on breast cancer and Alzheimer´s biomedical datasets.
