Abstract
En 中文
• S-scheme ZnO/ZnIn2S4 enables enhanced charge separation for solar OER. • Internal electric field drives directional charge transfer and reduces recombination. • Composite photoanode achieves 0.60 mA cm-2 at 1.23 V vs. RHE under solar light. • Maintains ∼88% quantum efficiency after 6 h, showing strong photocorrosion resistance. • ZnO/ZnIn2S4 proves a promising and stable system for efficient solar water splitting.
