• Physics-enhanced TransUNet is proposed for solving the scattering of S0 Lamb waves. • The Kirchhoff-Love plate theory is embedded as a physical constraint. • The embedding of physical constraints enhances the generalization of the model. • PTUNet effectively predicts the propagation of S0 waves and their mode conversion. • The predictions of PTUNet exhibits reasonable agreements with FE and SLDV scanning.
