Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Eight representative Salvia species were reviewed for anti-aging potential. • Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects are the most consistent findings. • S. haenkei provides the strongest support for senescence-related activity. • Fibrosis and sarcopenia endpoints are emerging but remain underexplored. • Human evidence is limited and mainly derives from topical studies.
