Abstract
En 中文
• WS2/BN nanocomposites were synthesized using liquid-phase reduction and high-temperature sintering. • WS2/BN nanocomposites with controllable morphology were synthesized by tuning precursor materials and surfactant polarity. • TG/DTA results show WS2/BN nanocomposites have higher thermal stability than WS2. • Photoluminescence reveals strong BN−WS2 interfacial interaction, with redshifted emission and tenfold higher intensity than that of WS2.
