Design Patterns Detection (DPD) is essential for software maintenance, as it uncovers design intent and ensures consistency during code evolution. However, learning-based DPD methods face dual challenges: reliance on high-quality, instance-level training data, and inherent limitations in effectively capturing the complex structural and semantic features of design patterns in source code.
