• XGBoost demonstrated superior NH3 prediction accuracy (R2 = 0.96). • PH peaked in winter (5.8) and reached its lowest value in summer (2.7). • Ca2+ dominated autumn pH shifts, RH primarily influenced summer pH dynamics. • TNH3 exhibited heightened pH sensitivity at lower concentrations.
