Abstract
En 中文
• This paper introduces a coordinated operation framework for power systems with large-scale flexible DR resources, along with a corresponding method for incentive subsidy allocation. The proposed framework addresses the CDL profile, uncertain load response behavior, and the hourly SCUC solution simultaneously.
• Coordinated secure scheduling with large-scale flexible demand resources.
• Customer directrix load guides aggregated demand response participation.
• Uncertain aggregator response is modeled in the scheduling framework.
• A two-stage incentive mechanism improves fairness and renewable use.
