Abstract
En 中文
Due to their unique photoelectric and thermoelectric physicochemical properties, selenium and tellurium are widely used in the fields of new energy and electronic information and have become the key raw materials to support the development of high and new technology. In recent years, the continuous improvement of material properties related to Se and Te demands higher purity Se and Te standards. The research on the direction of high Se and Te purification has been widely concerned. In this paper, the differences in the Se and Te properties were focused on, and a systematic review of the research progress in recent years on their separation and purification was presented. The Se and Te separation is the core of this review. Finally, the principles and effects of the separation and purification methods used are discussed. The present study offers a comprehensive overview of the various separation and purification methods employed for these two elements, including the oxidation-reduction method, vacuum distillation, regional melting, and hydrogenation. Additionally, it explores the potential future developments in this field. The advantages and disadvantages of each separation and purification method and the future development direction are discussed.
