Supraparticles as a Controlled Nutrient Release Platform The cover image illustrates the main purpose of a study that developed zinc oxide supraparticles (ZnO SPs) as a sustainable platform for controlled nutrient release in agriculture. In their Research Article (e70439), Renato Grillo and co-workers synthesized and characterized zinc oxide nanoparticles as primary building blocks for supraparticle formation and evaluated their nutrient release kinetics in soil. The ZnO SPs enhanced the photosynthetic performance of corn plants while reducing vertical nutrient mobility and preserving soil microbial activity.
