• Developed an opensource ReUniXchange framework automating seamless BIM data exchange between Revit and Unity workflows • Enabled bidirectional, asynchronous geometric/semantic data transfer via automated OBJ and XML processing • Engineered custom Revit plugin for automated 3D geometry, material data, and metadata extraction. • Designed a Unity package for automated semantic enrichment, dynamic entity hierarchy, and metadata mapping • Validated the framework with modular and non-modular BIM models, demonstrating automated construction planning capabilities
