• This paper simulates SAV fleet operations with diverse service types using POLARIS agent-based model in Bloomington, I. • Fleet performance is compared for multi-service (economy + premium, 4- and 6-seaters) vs. single-service scenarios. • Economy 4-seater demand peaks at commute hours; premium and 6-seater premium SAVs show negligible demand. • Diverse services raise eVMT by 13 percentage points (24.2% to 37.4%) and increase wait times vs. single-service fleets. • Multi-service fleets see 47% higher revenue but profits drop from $304 to $49 per SAV due to higher operating costs.
