Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Type of research. Retrospective cohort study. • Key findings. As amputation incidence rises, risk that was previously concentrated in extreme settings, now spans more hospital systems and pronouncedly impacts lower income groups. • Take home message. The diffusion of increased risk across more hospitals and disadvantaged populations indicates broadening at-risk populations. These findings underscore the need for strengthened preventive care strategies and resource-responsive policies.
