Abstract
En 中文
• A fiber-array sparse sampling scheme is developed for single-beam heterodyne three-degree-of-freedom interferometry. • A dual-frequency Gaussian beam interference model is coupled with four-circular-aperture integrated reception. • Signal formation under the finite-aperture integration effect is analyzed for multi-channel phase retrieval. • Beam waist, fiber spacing, and core diameter are linked to angular range, interference contrast, and angular noise. • Integrated prototype experiments validate the model-guided parameter design and three-degree-of-freedom measurement.
