Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• A CRISPR-TB platform integrating RPA, CRISPR-Cas13a and LFSA is constructed for ultrasensitive visual detection of MTB. • A novel boat-shaped integrated LFSA device realizes naked-eye MTB detection with a limit of 20 copies/μL. • Lyophilized reagents improve system portability and permit accurate on-site MTB testing in resource-limited settings without sophisticated instruments.
