• Digital training improved multidimensional perceptual eye position in strabismus. • Static and dynamic horizontal eye position improvements were correlated. • The training successfully breaks central suppression to restore binocular fusion. • It serves as an effective adjunct to traditional strabismus surgery or prisms.
