• We propose SKA, a skeleton annotation strategy that preserves topology and saves 80% time. • Skeleton2Mask, a sparse supervision method, leverages SKA for reliable dense airway prediction. • Skeleton2Mask achieves near full-supervised accuracy using < 3% voxel annotations.
