Abstract
En 中文
• Δt indexes the gap between habitual midsleep (MSFsc) and fixed PSG lights-off. • Each 1-h rise in Δt predicted longer SOL, lower SE, higher N1 and lower REM. • Effects held after adjusting for social jetlag, MSW, ΔTIB and FDR correction. • Continuous Δt outperformed categorical MSFsc in predicting sleep architecture. • Δt-related disruption was greatest in patients with later MSFsc (late tercile).
