• Introduces a novel curvature-sensing AH-D/Apt@MNP for disruption of EpCAM+ EVs. • Achieves rapid and complete disruption of EpCAM + EVs within 10 min. • Selectively disrupts EpCAM + EVs while leaving EpCAM− EVs structurally intact. • Specific disrupts EpCAM + EVs in plasma from breast cancer patients. • Inhibits tumor cell migration and macrophage immunosuppressive polarization.
