Abstract
En 中文
• Cu2-xCoxO nanocrystals (x = 3–7% Co) synthesized by sol–gel and analyzed by XRD, SEM, HRTEM, BET, XPS, FTIR & Raman. • Structural analysis reveals higher surface area, oxygen vacancies, and mixed valence states (Cu+/Cu2+, Co2+/Co3+). • Optimized 5% Co-doped Cu₂O deliver specific capacitance of 454 Fg⁻¹ at 1 Ag⁻¹ with 99.6 % efficiency after 5000 cycles. • COB-5//AC ASC delivers 58 Wh kg⁻¹, 593 W kg⁻¹, 81% retention after 5000 cycles, and successfully powers multicolor LEDs.
