Abstract

• Models learning behaviour of children living in an undivided family. • Evaluated on 119 challenging benchmark functions, including recent CEC suites. • Achieves high-quality solutions on ten engineering and two power system domain problems. • Outperforms established metaheuristics under rigorous experimental studies. • Efficacy is verified using Wilcoxon and Friedman mean rank tests on all result sets.
