In this work, we proposed an asymmetric rectangular profile as the transverse refractive index variation to investigate its effect on the soliton propagation in a fractional system. To compute the related quantities we utilize the fractional Schrodinger equation and solved it by using the split step Fourier method. Here, we try to investigate the soliton propagation dynamics and obtain the inverse participation ratio to study to measure soliton confinement and dispersion. We consider the effect of different parameters such as refractive index contrast (Δn0), waveguide width (L), well number (N), and the Lévy index (α). on this system physical properties to have a comprehensive interpretation. These findings provide critical insight into engineering waveguide geometry and material properties for precise control over soliton propagation in nonlocal systems.
