We study the dynamics of spinning particles around a regular black hole with asymptotically Minkowski cores. The trajectories of spinning particles are described using the Tulczyjew spin-supplementary condition together with Mathisson-Papapetrou-Dixon equations. Our results show that both the black hole parameter k and particle spin s significantly affect the structure of the effective potential, thereby determining the existence and stability of circular orbits. A positive spin increases the effective potential peak, allowing stable orbits closer to the black hole, whereas a negative spin has the opposite effect. The critical spin decreases approximately linearly with k. Furthermore, we study the properties of the innermost stable circular orbit (ISCO), showing that larger values of s or k lead to smaller ISCO radii. The ISCO angular momentum additionally displays a non-monotonic variation with spin. These results reveal the distinctive interplay between spin and the asymptotically Minkowski core geometry and may have important implications for accretion disk physics and gravitational wave observations.
