Abstract
En 中文
• RAC2TS isolated from silkworm hemolymph, identified as a novel Stenotrophomonas. • Grows optimally at 35 °C, tolerates pH 5–12 and up to 3% NaCl, exhibits extensive drug resistance. • An open and diverse Genome (4.6 Mbp, 66.5% G + C) encodes 4276 genes and three AMR determinants. • ANI 91–93% and dDDH 41–48% confirm species-level distinction. • Described as Stenotrophomonas raiganjensis sp. nov. under the SeqCode.
