Abstract
En 中文
• Stochastic wake oscillators are implemented for multi-degree-of-freedom VIV analyses. • Incoming turbulent flow velocities are modelled using Ornstein-Uhlenbeck differential equation. • Elastically mounted rigid circular cylinders and long flexible cylindrical structures are considered. • Effects of system fluid-structure parameters and flow turbulence intensity are investigated. • Results highlight quantitative and qualitative influence of free-stream turbulence on VIV responses.
