Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Provides a detailed structural overview of composite perovskites, including phase evolution and refinement strategies based on X-ray diffraction and Rietveld analysis. • Presents a comprehensive discussion of dielectric behaviour, encompassing permittivity, dielectric loss, polarization mechanisms, and their dependence on frequency and temperature. • Explains impedance spectroscopy analysis with emphasis on grain, grain-boundary, and electrode contributions in composite perovskite systems. • Summarizes and compares reported composite perovskites in terms of microstructure, dielectric constant and relaxation behaviour • Identifies key material trends, highlighting the effects of A- and B-site co-substitution, relaxor behaviour, and structure–property correlations relevant to energy-storage and NTC thermistor applications.
