Smart pavements, which are the foundation of the future city, are gradually coming true. Asphalt with sensing-healing performance prepared by polyurea polyurethane (PPU) and polyaniline (PANI) balanced the basic traffic properties of the pavement and the data collection of city informatization. The dual network system formed by PPU and PANI introduced sensing-healing functions into asphalt. In this paper, the cumulative fatigue damage and self-healing behavior of sensing-healing asphalt were analyzed to explore the effect of self-healing performance enhancement. The results were as follows: (1) Cumulative dissipated energy (CDE) was the best fatigue analysis index. The fatigue performance decreased with the increase in strain, damage degree, and healing rounds. The fatigue performance increased with the increase in healing time and healing temperature. The dual network of PANI and PPU improved the fatigue-healing performance of asphalt; and (2) The new healing index provided the most accurate response. It could evaluate cumulative fatigue damage and self-healing behavior more accurately.
