Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• CdSeTe/CdTe thin film solar cells exhibit different degradation rates. • Se diffusion from the front FTO/SnO2/CdSeTe interface causes poorer cell device stability. • Se loss induces a cliff-type band alignment at the FTO/SnO2/CdSeTe interface. • Se loss reactivates deep-level defects near the FTO/SnO2/CdSeTe cell front interface.
