Abstract
En 中文
• Trauma injuries impose a significant burden on the healthcare system. • Governments often offer financial subsidies to trauma centers in low insured regions. • We propose a Subsidized Trauma Network Design Problem with patient safety and subsidy as objectives. • A lexicographic approach is used to solve the two objectives sequentially. • A decomposition-based approach is presented to solve the two models efficiently. • Several insights are derived based on experiments conducted using realistic data set.
