• TAGLN2-K40 succinylation drives TMZ resistance in glioma via activating the PP2A/PI3K/AKT/NRF2/β-catenin/GPX4 signaling axis. • Targeting this succinylation event with a cell-penetrating peptide disrupts redox balance and synergizes with TMZ to overcome chemoresistance, offering a promising therapeutic strategy for GBM.
