With the rapid advancement of space radio telescopes and integrated space-terrestrial 6G communications, traditional deployable cable-truss antenna is struggling to meet the stringent surface accuracy requirement of high-frequency bands. Modular antennas with solid panels, owing to their high rigidity and shape-retention ability, have emerged as one of the ideal solutions for large-scale high-frequency band space antenna systems. However, achieving a balance between a lightweight design and surface accuracy remains a significant challenge for such antennas. To address this, this study proposes a structural design method based on homogenization modeling and multi-objective optimization, aiming to effectively coordinate the lightweight and surface accuracy of honeycomb modular assembled reflector antennas. First, considering the periodic nature of the honeycomb structure, an equivalent homogenization model based on Representative Volume Elements (RVE) has been established, which significantly improves the efficiency of the thermo-mechanical analysis of full-scale antennas. Second, to overcome the time-consuming nature of traditional simulation optimization, the Artificial Lemming Algorithm (ALA) was introduced to optimize the neural network, thereby constructing a high-precision surrogate model that enables the rapid and accurate prediction of surface accuracy and structural weight. Finally, by integrating the NSGA-II multi-objective genetic algorithm with the TOPSIS decision-making method, the key dimensions of the antenna panel were collaboratively optimized, resulting in a Pareto optimal solution set and the selection of the best compromise scheme. The results show that after optimization, the weight of the antenna is significantly reduced, whereas the surface accuracy is notably improved. Key electrical performance metrics, such as gain loss and pointing deviation, were also effectively enhanced. This study demonstrates that the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method for the collaborative lightweight and precision design of honeycomb spaceborne antennas, providing a technically valuable approach with both theoretical and practical engineering potential for the structural optimization of similar aerospace payloads.
