• BC@TpPa-COF hybrid synthesized via hydrothermal pyrolysis and in-situ condensation. • Structural integrity verified by XRD, XPS, and FTIR with high stability up to 420 °C. • Pore-interconnected channels yield a high BET surface area of 842 m2 g−1 gram. • The adsorption capacities was 312.5 mg/g for Pb(II) and 254.8 mg/g for As(V). • Selectivity and stability maintained over five regeneration cycles.
