Abstract
En 中文
• KMnO4-modified coconut biochar was used for As(III) removal. • Maximum As(III) removal efficiency of 88.75% was obtained. • Thomas model best described the column breakthrough (R2 > 0.95). • Adsorption occurred via synergism between surface complexation and redox reaction. • External film diffusion dominated the column dynamics.
