• Designed CTAB-modified GP/ASN/CN for adsorption-photocatalysis-PDS activation. • CTAB introduced positively charged sites, enabling rapid capture of PDS and MOX. • The GACC powder achieved 93.67% MOX removal efficiency at 10 min. • The porous membrane counterpart showed comparable performance and recyclability. • The h+, ·OH, ·O2−, ·SO4−, and 1O2 species collectively contributed to degrade MOX.
