Abstract

En 中文
The catalytic effects of three nitrogen-rich bimetallic complexes-Li3[Cu(BTA)2(HBTA)]·2H2O, Na3[Cu(BTA)2(HBTA)]·2H2O, and K2[Cu(BTA)2]·H2O on the thermal decomposition of TKX-50 were systematically investigated. The complexes were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, Raman, XPS, EA, ICP-AES, and SEM–EDS. Their influence on decomposition kinetics was assessed via TG-DSC, with apparent activation energies determined by Kissinger, Ozawa, and Starink methods. K2[Cu(BTA)2]·H2O exhibited the highest catalytic activity, lowering the peak decomposition temperature of TKX-50 by 29.8 °C . A synergistic catalytic effect was observed in bimetallic complexes; these show promise as efficient combustion catalysts for TKX-50-based solid propellants.
