Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Lightweight foamed ceramics were synergistically prepared utilizing high-volume lithium mine tailings. • An optimal apparent density of 0.75 g/cm3 was achieved at a reduced sintering temperature of 1150 °C. • The dynamic balance between liquid-phase viscosity and in-situ gas generation governs the pore formation. • Stable mullite crystals provide a rigid reinforcing skeleton within the continuous Si-rich glass matrix. • The study establishes a low-carbon, high-value pathway for complex solid waste valorization.
