Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• A novel sulfonamide-based Schiff base and its Cu(II), Ni(II), Zn(II) complexes were synthesized and characterized by LC-MS, NMR, and FT-IR. • The complexes exhibited strong cytotoxicity in MCF-7, A2780, and Caco-2 cancer cell lines. • The compounds also possessed a partial DPPH free radical scavenging effect. • Molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations revealed their binding interactions with target cancer proteins.
