Abstract

In this study, we report a one-pot acyl migration and Nazarov cyclization/fluorination reaction by combining gold and copper catalysis, leading to the rapid construction of alpha-fluorocyclopentenones without the requirement of intermediate isolation. Moreover, preliminary results have been obtained for the catalytic enantioselective transformation. Notably, this reaction provides an efficient methodology for one-pot synthesis and fluorination reaction.
