Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• A series of biphenyl-substituted α-diimine Brookhart-Ni catalysts were synthesized, which exhibited high activity for ethylene polymerization. • The resultant highly branched polyethylene elastomers (HBPE) effectively toughen polypropylene with superior impact resistance compared with commercial POE. • The biphenyl-substituted Brookhart-Ni catalysts efficiently mediate ethylene copolymerization with polar monomers.
