Abstract

• Somatically mutated RA BCRs encode HLA class I–presentable peptides across alleles. • BCR-derived neoepitopes are processed and presented by engineered (B) cell lines. • Human CD8+ T cells selectively recognize mutated, but not germline, BCR peptides. • Results support selective CD8+ T cell targeting of autoreactive B cells in autoimmunity.
