Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• CuS nanoparticles were synthesized by a simple low-temperature co-precipitation method. • XRD analysis confirmed phase-pure hexagonal covellite CuS with improved crystallinity at higher temperatures. • Crystallite size increased from 23.62 to 32.06 nm with reduced lattice strain and dislocation density. • Optical band gap decreased from 1.92 to 1.73 eV with increasing synthesis temperature. • Synthesis temperature effectively tuned the structural and optical properties of CuS nanoparticles.
