Abstract
En 中文
• Seven undescribed and sixteen known terpenoids were isolated from Euphorbia milii. • Their structures and absolute configurations were elucidated by NMR, MS, X-ray diffraction, and NMR calculations. • Compound 3 belonged to a rare 6/12-fused taxane-type diterpenoid. • Compound 2 and 20 exhibited anti-rheumatic activity in vitro bioactivity assays. • Preliminary studies indicated that compound 2 could promote MH7A cell apoptosis.
